Attendance:

• All attendees must wear their conference badges and wristbands at all times during the event.

• To ensure all attendees can fully engage and focus on their personal growth, we kindly ask that children not attend the I Am Her Conference. Please note that childcare will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding as we create this special time for women to connect and reflect.

Conduct:

• We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Personal Belongings:

• Riverside Missionary Baptist Church Memphis, Tennessee is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

• Please keep your valuables secure and with you at all times.

Photography and Recording:

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. - Personal photography and recording are allowed at certain times, but please be considerate of other attendees and speakers.

• Personal photography and recording will not be permitted during the panel discussion and classes.

Health and Safety:

• Attendees are expected to follow any health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the conference.

• If you feel unwell, please refrain from attending the event to ensure the safety of all participants.

Vendor Policies:

• Vendors are responsible for their own belongings and must adhere to their designated space.

• All sales and transactions are the responsibility of the vendor, and Riverside Missionary Baptist Church Memphis, Tennessee is not liable for any disputes or issues.

 

Meals and Refreshments:

• Meals and refreshments provided are for registered attendees only.

• Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Changes and Cancellations:

• The conference schedule is subject to change. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.

• In the unlikely event of cancellation, attendees will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made if possible.
