All attendees must register and present a valid ticket for entry.

Ensure you bring either a printed ticket or an electronic ticket with a QR code for entry.
Attendance:

All attendees must wear their conference badges and wristbands at all times during the event.

To ensure all attendees can fully engage and focus on their personal growth, we kindly ask that children not attend the I Am Her Conference. Please note that childcare will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding as we create this special time for women to connect and reflect.
Conduct:

We expect all participants to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Personal Belongings:

Riverside Missionary Baptist Church Memphis, Tennessee is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

Please keep your valuables secure and with you at all times.
Photography and Recording:

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. - Personal photography and recording are allowed at certain times, but please be considerate of other attendees and speakers.

Personal photography and recording will not be permitted during the panel discussion and classes.

Vendor Policies:

Vendors are responsible for their own belongings and must adhere to their designated space.

All sales and transactions are the responsibility of the vendor, and Riverside Missionary Baptist Church Memphis, Tennessee is not liable for any disputes or issues.
Meals and Refreshments:

Meals and refreshments provided are for registered attendees only.

Changes and Cancellations:
